Do I need to submit a picture of my driver license or ID to sell you a watch?

This depends on the value of your watch.

If your watch is valued over $9,000, we will ask you to upload a photo of your ID after you ship it out.

So once you accept our offer and place an order, we will ask you to provide us with a picture of your driver's license or government-issued Identification along with your current address. 

We will not need this until you ship your watch, but it is a state requirement for purchasing higher value items to protect all parties of the transaction.

We do this to safeguard ourselves in case the watch is reported stolen. 

If your watch is valued under $9,000, we do not require your ID to be uploaded.
