The most important part of sending your device into BuyBackWorld and receiving the full Instant Quote value is to accurately describe its condition. Every device we receive at BuyBackWorld is hand inspected and goes through a three step inspection process. When your device first arrives at our facilities, your package is scanned into our system as delivered and then passed off to our Receiving Dept so it can be opened. Once we open your package, we scan each device into our system and let you know that your devices have made it into our system safe and sound. Finally, a trained member of our QC Team evaluates your item based on the condition you checked it out in.
If our inspection does not match yours, we will adjust your order accordingly, which might increase or decrease your order. If your offer changes for any reason, we’ll send you an email on the day of inspection with the new value and the reason we made any changes to your Instant Quote value. You will have 5 days to accept or reject this revised offer and if you choose to reject our revised offer, we’ll send your device back to you free of charge on our dime.
PLEASE NOTE: We will send you a reminder email on the 4th day after inspection reminding you to accept or reject our revised off. If we still do not hear back from you after 5 days, the new offer will automatically be accepted on your behalf and we will process your item for payment at our revised price. Unfortunately, we are unable to return your item to you after this 5 day period.**
