- Wrong Model – Please take your time when selecting your device to make sure you are selecting the correct model

- Condition Difference Downgrade from New – Please understand that the Instant Quote for the “NEW” condition is only meant to be used for products which are truly that – Brand New in a SEALED Box which has never been opened, used or tampered with. We only receive about 5% of devices which are in this condition so even if you never used the device, but you opened the box to look at it, we would still consider this to be in “Excellent” condition
