Can I change my preferred payment method after I complete my order?

You can change your payment preference up until your item has been inspected in one of two ways:

1. Using your BuyBackWorld Account: Log into your BuyBackWorld Account and follow these simple instructions below:
• Click Your Trades from the lefthand menu
• Locate the box you would like to update your payment preference for and click View Detail
• Scroll to the bottom of your order  to the Payment Information section and click the Change button to the right of your current payment selection

• A popup box will appear which allows you to make the appropriate change
• Click Change and your payment preference will instantly be updated!

2      Contact Customer Service: Simply email [e-mail] to let us know that you would like to change your payment preference from a check to PayPal/Venmo or vice versa and we’ll make the change for you and then email you to confirm the change within one business day of your request.
