Check: Our check payments are issued from New York, and typically take 3-5 business days to arrive, but USPS states that First Class Mail can take up to 10 business days (2 weeks) to be delivered in certain situations.
Unfortunately, if they are running behind there is nothing we can do to speed them up except apologize on their behalf. If it has been longer than 10 business days (2 weeks), and you still haven’t received your check, please contact us so we can investigate any potential issue.
If we need to, we can cancel the first check we sent you and reissue a new one. Please be sure to first make sure it has been 10 business days and secondly verify your address in this email you send us so we can confirm where the check should’ve been sent.
PayPal: If you chose PayPal as your payment method, the funds should be in your PayPal account as soon as you receive an email from us. If the funds are not in your PayPal account, please first contact PayPal’s customer support department first, as PayPal may be holding the funds due to an account which hasn’t been set up yet or a non-verified account status.
Venmo: If you chose Venmo as your payment method, the funds should be in your Venmo account as soon as you receive an email from us.
