If you have moved addresses since you sent your device into BuyBackWorld and never updated your check address, please first check with your local Post Office to see if your mail is being forwarded to your new address.
If your mail is not being forwarded from your old address to your new address, then contact us at service@buybackworld.com and let us know where you moved to so we can cancel the first check and reissue you a new one. Please be sure to include your new payment address in your email so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.
