How can I cancel an item within my order?

Cancel an Item During Checkout: To remove an item from your order while you are in the process of completing your order, click on the link in the top right corner of the screen which says, "You have 1 item in your box". Next, click the blue link that says "Remove" under the item you would like to remove.  Once you click "Remove", you will be asked to confirm, and should see the item disappear from your order.

Cancel an Item After Checkout: To cancel an item after you have completed a checkout, please log into your BuyBackWorld account and follow the simple instructions below:

• Click the Your Trades section of the left hand menu.  This will lead you to the area where you can manage all of your BuyBackWorld orders.  
• Now you are under your Pending tab, and you will see a "View Details" link next to each item.  
• Once you have clicked this link, you will see a blue "Cancel this Item" link available.  

Additionally, you can cancel the whole order by clicking "Cancel this Box" at the top right hand corner of the Box Status window.
