Which accessories do I need to include when selling my Apple device?

For iPhones, iPads and iPods from before 2019, we do not require accessories to be sent in with your trade-in (unless Brand New in Box SEALED) Please do NOT include any extra accessories with these devices such as protective cases because we are unable to purchase them and cannot return them to you in the event of a Return Circumstance.

For newer iPhones and iPads (released AFTER 2019), we DO REQUIRE the Power Adapter and Cable for trade-in. Please see below for reference images:

Additionally, for ALL Apple Watches, MacBooks and other Apple Desktop products such as iMacs, please be sure to include the appropriate cables, chargers, accessories (keyboards, mouse, etc.) and OS disks whenever possible.
