What should I do if my tracking shows delivered, but I never received my package?

Please check where your mail carrier traditionally leaves your packages to make sure that it isn't there and you just didn't notice it. These could be places like an apartment mail room, front desk area, back door, side door, porch, or garage area. We also always recommend that you check with your neighbors to see if they received it in your absence. 

The second thing to do is check the tracking number on the shipping carrier's website to see if the tracking number indicates where the package was left.

Finally, if you are truly unable to locate your package, but the tracking indicates it was delivered, please contact us at [e-mail] with your Order ID, daytime phone number and the locations you searched for the package.
