We will ask you to provide the following information:
- Order Number
- Product's Serial Number of IMEI or Card Number (if gift card)
- Photo of the device
- Photo of the packaging
- Your Phone number
We will need all of this information to process a claim with the shipping carrier so it saves us time if you send this information on your first request so we can expedite the process on your request.
