How long will it take to receive my order?

Most of our Certified Pre-Owned Products are shipped using the FREE Shipping method unless you elect to pay for expedited shipping at checkout. Once your payment authorization clears, we pack and ship your item out within one business day.

For example, FREE shipping is usually provided by USPS First Class Mail on smaller items and through FedEx Ground on larger items. These typically take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you, depending on your location in relation to our facilities in New York.

Additionally, you can always purchase expedited 2-Day shipping at checkout if you need your product quicker and don't mind paying a little extra for it.

Remember, you can always check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account (if you created one) and clicking on the Order Status tab to confirm how your order was shipped. Additionally, once your order ships, we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number to track it from our facilities to yours. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not consider holidays and weekends as "business days" so these do not count towards the transit delivery times of your items.
