How do you ship my order?

Once your payment authorization clears, we pack and ship your item out within one business day. The shipping method we use is determined by your location, the product you order and the value of your order. All orders are sent either through the USPS or via FedEx and the speed of delivery depends on if you choose the FREE Shipping option or an expedited shipping option.

For example, FREE shipping is usually provided by USPS First Class Mail on smaller items and through FedEx Ground on larger items. These typically take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you, depending on your location in relation to our facilities in New York.

Additionally, you can always purchase expedited 2-Day shipping at checkout if you need your product quicker and don't mind paying a little extra for it.

Remember, you can always check the status of your order any time by logging into your account (if you created one) and clicking on the Order Status tab to confirm how your order was shipped. Additionally, once your order ships, we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number to track it from our facilities to yours.
