After every order is placed on BuyBackWorld, we perform a thorough and detailed investigation before shipping out any items. For your protection, we cancel any orders that are flagged as suspicious or subject to fraudulent activity by our in-house fraud team. We do not charge your for any cancelled orders. A transaction on your credit card statement might indicate that an authorization hold has been placed on the funds associated with the order, but the charge will not go through and will be removed from your pending transactions within three-five business days.
Occasionally, orders are cancelled within our system due to inconsistent information provided during the checkout process. If you believe your order was cancelled in error, you should review the details of the transaction and follow up.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to reinstate cancelled orders and in order to repurchase your items, you would have to place a new order.
