Can I sell my phone to BuyBackWorld with an IT Lock on it?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any device that is locked. This means we will be unable to inspect or pay for a device that is IT Locked, Passcode Locked or Activation Locked by the manufacturer through iCloud, Samsung Reactivation Lock or Android Device Protection.

If we cannot access your device, we will be unable to inspect it so we cannot pay you for it.

Please make sure that there are not locks or IT Policies on your device PRIOR to sending it in to BuyBackWorld.
