If you received an email stating that your funds were sent via PayPal and then received another email afterwards indicating that your funds cannot be delivered, please refer to that email.
Chances are the PayPal ID you entered during checkout is incorrect or you have not created a PayPal account yet so your funds are unclaimed.
A payment may be Unclaimed for one of the following reasons:
- You not sign up with PayPal using the same email address that you used to request the money. You simply need to add this email address to your account (you can add up to eight addresses) and confirm the new email address. The money will then immediately appear in your balance.
- You may not have confirmed your email address. Any payments sent to an account will not appear in the account balance until you have completed the registration process by confirming your email address.
- You must manually accept or deny this payment.
