Also, if you create multiple orders and accidentally use the wrong shipping label to send in the wrong item, it could potentially cause mix-up issues with your orders and slow down your order processing time which means it could take us longer to pay you which is the last thing we want.
Remember, it is always best to locate all of your items on our website before sending them in. This way we have a record of the items you are looking to sell and you know how much you will be paid for your order. If you can't find an item you are looking to sell on our website, simply submit a Custom Quote and we'll get back to you with a price within 24 hours!
If you have more than 10 of the SAME ITEMS and you want to send them in in a more streamlined fashion or you are a company looking to offset your IT equipment, we would advise that you use our Bulk BuyBack Department since this will allow you to quickly sell multiple quantities of the same item without selecting them one by one, saving you time and money!
Please Note: Missing or mixed up packing slips will cause delays at receiving which could affect the amount paid out due to the mix up or the time it takes to receive your payment since we need to locate the correct order for your item. Each shipping label is tagged with a unique Order ID (PS #) so if you use the incorrect shipping label for your items, it will cause receiving errors and mix-ups.
